This is where 3AM’s story began, and it is still very much alive. Our Ghana pineapple farming operations are built on something rare in commercial agriculture: a genuine, long-standing relationship with the local farming community rooted in Ghana agriculture and fruit farming in Africa. The people we work with in Bawjiase know this land. They have tended it, understood its rhythms, and grown from it for generations through tropical fruit farming and orchard farming.

What we brought to that was structure, investment, and a shared vision for what quality pineapple production, commercial fruit production, and sustainable agriculture could look like here. What emerged is a partnership that produces fruit worth buying and a working model we are proud of, supporting fresh fruit suppliers and strengthening agricultural supply chain Africa.
